These terms and conditions apply to customers of individual entrepreneur Davit Rekhviashvili (ID: 01008061784), operating as Evani.

Evani may amend these terms and conditions at any time at its own discretion. Updated terms take effect from the moment they are published on the website evani.ge.

Cancellation & Refunds

An order may be cancelled and fully refunded within 3 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellation and refund are not possible.

As each item is made to individual order, returns or exchanges based on a change of mind are not accepted. However, in the case of an incorrect or damaged item, your rights are protected.

Damaged or Incorrect Item

Incorrect item — if you receive an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. The item must be returned to us within 3 days of notification.

Damaged item — if an item is damaged on receipt, please contact us with photos within 48 hours of receipt, before returning it. We keep a photo of every item before dispatch and will verify it against the photos received. Once confirmed, the item must be returned within 3 days of notification.

For incorrect or damaged items, contact us at orders@evani.ge with your order details and a photo.

Once we receive the item, we will provide a replacement or refund. If the item is returned via courier, the customer initially covers the cost; upon request, the courier fee will be reimbursed against a receipt. As items are handmade, they are not repaired.

Damage caused by the customer after receipt is not subject to compensation.

Delivery

Delivery times shown on the website are estimates. As shipping is carried out by a third party (courier service), EVANI cannot be held responsible for the exact delivery date or time.

What data we process

When placing an order or registering, the customer provides the following personal data: first name, last name, address, phone number, and email address.

Why and how we use it

This data is processed for the purpose of order processing and delivery. To carry out delivery, the customer’s contact and address data is shared with the courier service.

Order information (purchased items, contact and address data) is stored in our database for the purposes of order processing, management, and service.

After an order is successfully completed, to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, contact information is shared with Meta in a secure, encrypted form, in accordance with Meta’s privacy policy.

Payment

Card / payment data is processed by Bank of Georgia (BOG).

Cookies

We use Meta (Facebook, Instagram) advertising and analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and website experience. For this purpose the website uses cookies.

Jurisdiction

Any dispute between the company and the customer shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be heard by the Tbilisi City Court in accordance with the applicable legislation of Georgia.
